FOUNDER AND CEO
Michael Lohin is a local resident of Boston. He grew up in Wellesley and earned his BA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. After graduating college, Michael returned to Boston and began his professional career in real estate as a loan officer. Although he excelled as a loan officer, his passion for architecture created a desire to transition into real estate development. Shortly after earning his MBA from Babson College, Michael started Creating Homes LLC in 2010. His mission for the company was to improve neighborhoods throughout Greater Boston by redeveloping properties and providing new homes for homebuyers offered at the most competitive market prices. Today, Creating Homes LLC maintains that mission and has also expanded its developments into infill construction.
